Hyssop is a representative of both herbs and spices. It has a number of useful features. Its aroma is unusual and distinctive. It has a unique taste. It is used for seasoning various foods.

The recovering effect it has on human health and the antioxidants it contains make the herb Hyssop highly appreciated.

Sow the premium seeds of Hyssop in March and April in a greenhouse in seedling pots. Sow it outdoors in yards, gardens or in pots on the veranda in April and May.

Sow it at a depth of half to one centimeter in the soil. It does not need intensive watering but it is good to water it regularly without overwatering. If necessary, fertilize the plants from time to time with a special fertilizer for herbs and spices. Sow the pre-prepared seedlings in their permanent places in July and August.

Hyssop has no particular requirements on the soil where it grows. It is still recommended to choose a fertile and well-drained soil in order for it to thrive. Cultivate the plant in rows, leave 50 centimeters between the rows and 30 centimeters between the plants. The seeds of the herb Hyssop usually germinate in 14 days.
