Traditional California Miracle peppers for European countries, are characterized by their appetizing red color and large fruits. The first thing you probably guessed is stuffed red peppers. The California Miracle variety is ideal for this purpose.

Stuffing as an option could be done with meaty ingredients, you can also stuff lean California Peppers. If you prefer the cambias, you can also order the seeds of the Osmer cambi pepper.

The size of Dolma type California pepper reaches 8 to 10 inches. It has an excellent taste and can be eaten fresh. In combination with other vegetables, you get delicious vitamin salads. From them you will inevitably be able to supply your body with beneficial substances and diversify your menu.

Bell peppers are known to be vitamin-rich and especially delicious fresh, so try a California Miracle variety. A variation is combining the pepper with cheese, for example, or cottage cheese. It is a favourite vegetable for vegetarians and vegans. People who prefer to eat mainly vegetables can enrich their menu with more varied recipes with delicious peppers plucked from the garden. Interesting and unpredictable combinations can be found in vegetarian cuisine.

Fresh California miracle peppers are known for their sweet fruit. They are suitable for canning, roasting in the oven, cooking as a side dish or as a main ingredient in dishes with meat, fish, vegetables and more.

As they ripen, California Miracle Dolma peppers lose their greenish colour and develop deep red colours.

The growing season lasts from 90 to 100 days. The minimum temperature required for sowing is 15 degrees Celsius. Expect them to appear above ground in about three weeks. Transplant seedlings prepared in advance, waiting about 60 days after sowing the seeds.

The seeding rate for California Miracle pepper is as follows - if you are going to sow for early yield, prepare 150 to 180 grams of seed per acre of cultivated area. For medium and late yields, the amount you need to provide is 180 to 200 grams per acre.

Early sowing requires sowing the seed 0.5 to 1 cm into the ground. Late and medium sowing - 2 to 3 centimetres.

As sowing periods, early sowing is in the first two weeks of February, medium sowing in the first twenty days of March and late sowing in the first two weeks of spring April.

After preparing the beds in the pre-selected location, place the seedlings 15 centimetres apart and about 60 centimetres from row to row. This leaves the necessary space for the future vegetables to develop.

Soil conditions, of course, are also important, the preference of California pepper is fertile soils with a higher humus content. The location itself should be sunny.
