Zucchini is cut into slices and fried. The Rouen F1 tomato of Geosem Select is cut into medium-sized cubes and the cucumber into smaller cubes. Everything is mixed and stirred. The spices, together with the minced garlic and yogurt are put in a separate bowl and mixed well to get the appearance of a relatively thick sauce.
