Online shop semenata.bg presents another addition to our catalog of vegetable products. For all our current and future customers and readers, semenata.bg will introduce you to the seed variety Fatima. The variety is characterized by large peppers with exceptional taste qualities. The medium-early variety is representative of the large and juicy peppers, which are preferred precisely because of their size.

One of the main reasons Fatima has become a particularly sought-after and valuable variety is its high yield. The tenderness and juiciness of the fruit are some of the reasons why the variety is favoured by a number of domestic vegetable growers. These are also the reasons why it is sought after by people involved in the vegetable trade.

The variety is grown both outdoors and indoors, for example in greenhouses. The developed peppers are trapezoidal in shape and weigh 230 to 240 grams. The quality of the peppers is unlike any other variety. On the contrary, like most peppers, Fatima carries many vitamin-rich ingredients. The minerals are also not in excess.

The aroma of the pepper is specific and always adds a wonderful flavor to the dishes in which it is used.

In view of the above-mentioned beneficial substances in the composition of peppers, eating them fresh is the best choice. You will get even greater benefits by mixing different types of vegetables besides peppers in a salad. Vitamin-powerful salads will help boost your body's immunity.

Use peppers also as a kind of arrangement for different dishes, for example by cutting them into strips. The sheer size allows this, as does the color. Served in this way, pepper will bring a lot of subtlety and freshness to dishes.

You could safely use the large peppers to prepare winter dishes. Winter jars are an integral part of Bulgarian tradition. You can successfully close the peppers whole and on their own. You can also make jars together with other vegetable products.
