Our online shop semenata.bg has completed its assortment of vegetable products, adding seeds of Fish peppers with a pleasantly hot taste. The Bulgarian popular pepper variety is known to everyone for its valuable qualities. Its pleasant spiciness makes it sought-after by lovers of strong spicy flavours, as well as people who like to add a slight hot flavour to their food.

Naturally, as a Bulgarian variety, it is highly sought-after by a number of domestic vegetable producers. It is also well-known among traders involved in the export and import trade in vegetable products. Again, because it is Bulgarian, the variety could be grown anywhere in the country. In short, the peppers are traditional for our country and of proven quality.

The plants, growing from seed, grow to 50 to 70 centimetres, the foliage being medium-sized petals. The variety is characterised by extremely high yields. This is another reason why it is so sought after.

The peppers reach 8 to 10 centimetres in length and are shaped like fish, which explains the name of the variety. Their pleasant appearance is added to by the smoothness and glossiness of the surface. The peppers undergo three types of colour development. At first they are light green, then they turn dark green and at the so-called Botanical Maturity they turn orange-red.

The variety is highly productive. Peppers, in general, meaning all types, contain in their essence exceptional quantities of useful substances. Slightly hot fish are no exception to the rule. The vitamin which is abundant in pepper is C. Mineral constituents are also not in excess, on the contrary.

If you want to have fresh, slightly hot peppercorns for a long time, you could sow seeds in various containers suitable for the purpose. You could use flower containers, for example, flower boxes are also an option.

Absolutely unpretentious plant, you will undoubtedly grow it with ease. High temperatures are not a problem for peppers, they can withstand summer temperatures.

Given good conditions, the variety will delight you with around 3 to 4 tonnes from 1 acre of planting.

Prepare for 150 to 180 centimetres when sowing on 1 acre of ground. If you opt for direct sowing, set aside about 20 or so more seeds.

The slightly hot peppercorns are eaten mostly fresh. They pair perfectly with all kinds of foods, precisely because they are not so hot. You could use the peppercorns in various dishes. Some people even put some of the peppers in their fresh salad. It's a good way to get nutrients.

Another quite popular option for using them is canning. You could close the peppers in jars on their own, whole. It is also an option to make jars in the same way, except you could bake them in advance.

Try growing the delicious and mouth-wateringly sweet peppers from the seeds of non-spicy orange peppers.
