The variety is characterised by high yield, tenderness and crispness of the fruit. The crop is heat-loving, like all peppers. The optimum temperature for pepper development is 18 to 25 degrees. It is also a light-loving variety, so make sure you have light from the time you sow the seeds to the time you start harvesting the peppers.

The peppers turn yellow in their initial development, turning red at what is called Botanical Maturity. Extremely suitable for canning and for making with marinade.

You could grow the plants outdoors and indoors in greenhouses, for example.

The sowing of the seeds can take place in April, May.

Take the seedlings outside in May. This is when the positive constant temperature values are established. The danger of possible frost has already passed. This is a prerequisite for the strength of the seedlings.

Grow the peppers in rows or furrows. When you start making the rows, leave about 70 centimetres from one row to the next. Place the young plants themselves about 20 centimetres apart. By using this proven scheme, you leave room for future pepper plants to develop.

The strength of the pepper plant is in its ingredients. The vitamin constituents in pepper plants are in abundant supply. The minerals are also not in excess, on the contrary.

The aromas carried by the peppers, on the other hand, are specific and fresh. This is characteristic of all types of pepper.

The growing period of the variety lasts from 90 to 135 days. The peppers can be picked from summer July to autumn October.

For sowing on 1 hectare of land, prepare 200 to 230 grams of seeds.

Peppercorns grow on the plants, elongated in shape, dangling. Conical peppercorns flatten at their base. Yellow Bell peppers weigh 7 to 15 grams. The tiny peppers, despite their size, have a unique fleshy structure.

All of the above qualities, mainly the high yield, make the variety a sought-after variety for many home growers. Traders involved in the import and export of vegetable products are also interested in yellow campion.

Speaking of high productivity, under good growing conditions, the plants yield an enviable 2,5 to 4 tonnes per hectare.

Yellow chillies can be successfully canned on their own. You could also make variations by combining with other vegetable products.
